Was drop shipped from Newark Electronics. Replaced my hone audio Sony Sa-w3800 active subwoofer speaker that has a failed voice coil obviously, not the same quantity but reasonably comparable. Overall satisfied with the performance.

They are in brand new condition as advertised and the seller even threw in a couple piezo tweeters as a bonus, which is funny as I was thinking about buying a couple of these for about 2 years as they are the best drivers for certain high frequency sound affects. The packaging was really good as the drivers were in their original boxes, so held immoblile.
