I was sent an email saying the glasses had been left with a neighbour at 48 Balmoral Road but since our neighbours are away then it could not have happened, instead the package was just left outside where anyone could have taken the package without me knowing.

Credit to this seller as problems do occur, but it is how they are handled which shows the true measure of a company. Well done and thank you. I have since ordered and received another identical console table and I am very happy with its quality and design.
