The description says that the unit you receive is not the same as the one in pictures but will be in comparable condition. The unit I got looks like it was previously used outside. The plastic was yellow on one side and when I took it apart to clean, there was a lot of dirt and dead spiders inside.

My only complaint is that the advertised "ready to go" was not entirely true. After my initial installation, I noticed that the satellite firmware was very dated which could have created a security issue (version 4). So, I manually updated the firmware to the latest version (version 7). More than half of the routers compatible with this satellite model like the NBR750 are currently still on v4.6 and they can't connect to satellites if they're running a higher firmware than the router. The satellites will only update to 7.2 when used in a RBR750 or RBR850 based system since those are the only ones updated so far.

Just make sure to read the item description carefully as they are converted routers. The set up was the same but they have extra ports which the regular satellites don’t have and can throw you off. Seller helped answer questions and helped to get them set up.
