Unfortunately the piece that connects the figure’s hear to the head snapped during shipping (which was not the fault of the sender), easily fixed with a bit of super glue

The items arrived sooner than expected, as described (brand new/sealed), and most importantly, authentic! Some of the boxes were a bit dented but I don’t mind that as this came from overseas and they did what they could to make sure it arrived in good condition. Whole set came with no duplicates and was a decent selling price as well. 10/10 would purchase from again. Thank you!

Packaging was perfect upon arrival. Boxes showed no shipping damages. The items were all brand new and sealed as they appeared in the listing. Each figure has been inspected and show no issues and are of high quality. If I have any other TransFormers in need, I will absolutely do business with this seller again.

I was apprehensive of seller, but seeing their honest responses to negative reviews made me confident in them, and I am glad I decided that! Excellent seller.
