The actuator gear was also stuck but the mechanic was able to get it to move. The seller responded to messages about once a day and in the end backed their product. Turbo actuator was for a 14’ Ram 3500 6.7 diesel. The actuator was much cheaper than the dealer though it does not feel as robust/heavy duty as OEM. Time will tell of its durability and longevity.

However in the description the items received should be a left and right turbo. I received two lefts. I’ve been getting one message back from the seller at 4 am everyday trying to resolve the issue. Just to find out one week later that the item is out of stock. Well take the item down then. So frustrating.
