Even so, the seller offered me a very effective solution. I recommend them! It arrived with the box and all the items complete, except for the color. It takes great photos, just like the ones on TikTok. Excellent digital camera and convenient to carry everywhere. The price-quality ratio is quite good; it definitely meets expectations.

I didn’t expect it to be this nice of a camera. I absolutely loved it. Definitely a 10/10. Play with the settings as much as you can, and also keep in mind that the lighting is very important when taking pictures. Definitely get it! I never leave reviews but this camera has my heart so I want to share the feedback. AMAZING!!!!

I had great communication, great customer service (offered on one and bought another from them over Labor day so I ended up with 2, they cancelled and refunded one for me). I bought the item and it shipped three or four days later . I’m sure they had to notify the actual seller did that person had to ship it . Not truly transparent . The item is exactly what I wanted. The price was the best I’ve ever found.. vortex is always great quality. The condition was new as explained.. all in all I would purchase again .
