Seems to have very picky requirement for transceivers used in the ports. Both of these are not issues with seller but with mainly Intel or Dell. I had similar SFP ports built into server but without these issues. Not entirely sure if this is correct feedback since I'm being asked about item. This is new rating inquiry part of form at time of writing.

I won't be asking the seller to send me another one. The condition that the wrong card was pretty good. I'm giving this seller 4 stars because customer service was great, but he did ship me the wrong thing, so yeah, he gets 4 stars for that reason, and the price was pretty reasonable. The appearance was the wrong card but I'll give him a pass because the GPU did work so I have zero complaints.
