It was just put in a box without any shipping packing. I was able to fix the clip without too much trouble instead having the hassle of returning this item. The part was easy to install and hook up. Works fine. The price was good. it saved me a few bucks replacing this item myself instead of having my mechanic over charge me for the fan and labor.

Over all the part was of good quality and the condition was NEW. It was fair value.
