I asked them to send me the 2nd scissors, theh offered 1 dollar refund, I said 2nd scissors or half the money back. They offered 2 dollars and taxes so I accepted. The did Not refund as stated. I had to contact them again and they said "oh so sorry mush have been a mistake" They finally sent a partial refund. They SCAM you. FRAUD!!!
