My daughter had actually requested the regular doll not the soft type. I contacted the seller right away and explained my mistake and asked to have the order cancelled. I immediately received a message letting me know it was cancelled and shortly after I received an email confirming the cancellation and that I would be receiving a credit for the order. Great and speedy service.
