I cannot fault the company enough on their communication and understanding. We now have a working lamp and the quality is just what we were after. Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box. There was a very prompt reply stating that they had opened a case with the delivery people. The next morning, after waiting for 7 days for them to find the other half of the order, they sent a message that it would be delivered this morning! Hmm.
