Had to ope a case with EBAY who refunded my monies. I do no recommend doing business with this seller.

Probably not the sellers fault but the unit is relieved had been returned as the old shipping label was still on what was left of the box. The manual was not there, the battery box was broken, parts were missing ant it was improperly packed. I spent a full day making it operable. The wiring terminals were not crimped properly so they came loose inside the battery box and one connector was not making connection. I think I have it working. I had to remake the main connection
