I asked many questions before I ever sent in my pcm ecm and they replied every time! When I decided to send in mine for repair, the process was easy, they sent me an email with instructions on packing and a prepaid mailing label. I gave them the engine codes that were pulled from my unit. They repaired it, sent it back promptly and I had Ford flash/update the software and install it. Working great! Highly recommend! Thank you!
