They were packaged very well and I received a text notification when they arrived. The seller covered the US tariffs, which they did not have to do. I really appreciate that they communicated the situation and sent the package as soon as they could despite the situation. I really highly recommend them.

When I brought this issue to the seller, they were not only very responsive, but also understanding, patient, and kind. I was refunded the whole amount. I communicated with the seller to purchase the same item again, and they promised to take better care of the protective packaging, and they did! :)
