La única manera en que pudo conseguir uno fue ahorrando su sueldo de repartidor de pizzas, y debe mantenerlo en secreto, para que no se lo castiguen. Como ninguno de sus intentos para convencer a su familia de contratar internet rindió frutos, no le quedó más remedio que robarse la señal de su vecina Nicole. Gracias a ese wifi clandestino, Dean puede comunicarse con la chica que le gusta. Hasta que un buen día, Nicole decide que desconectará el internet por las noches. Después de las 11:15 p.m. no hay más wifi. Ante el horror de verse desconectado, Dean decide confesar a Nicole su delito y a partir de ese momento, se dará cuenta de que en realidad no conoce a su vecina como creía hacerlo.
