On Friday 8/22 Buyer agreed to a replacement with correct item along with a prepaid label for the return. We shipped their replacement & return label the next business day (Monday 8/25) with an automated notice sent to the Buyer showing the new tracking number for this shipment. We corrected the error with replacement in Buyers hands within 5 business days or hearing how they wanted resolution.
