BUT glass screen had some air bubbles under screen against cell phone body that we could not remove 2 of the air bubbles and will live with them. Perhaps in time they will fade. Would recommend this case to someone that wants a cell case that protects the phone and comparable to a $40 dealer case for 1/4 the price.

Even though the tempered glass option was available for only an additional $1.00, I did not order it as the 16 E phone already comes with a ceramic type of screen protector. Other than that, I’m really happy with his item and definitely recommend.

Obviously just an issue after it had shipped. Sent photos of everything and the seller kindly refunded me.

They were quick to respond with a replacement and, apologies about this. Received the new one quick. Same thing, no alignment guide... dust free or otherwise. I guess it's not available in my model phone. Freehanded it on, like any other kind of protector, with some help from some plastic corners (available on ebay!), to help with alignment. Went down o.k.
