Boy did I NOT need to be concerned! This was ABSOLUTELY the best packaged and protected product that I've ever bought! It arrived in perfect condition. Great shipping time as well. And, since this product isn't available from Shark anymore, I was thrilled to find it here as it is the best carpet spot cleaner that I've ever used! Thank you SO very much!!!
