Looked up Vin. vehicle was insurance write-off for sea Vs. land flood and totaled. I sent seller pics. and they confirmed that the vehicle was in a flood. Seller issued credit without hesitation. My issue was the wasted time of a week and dealing with the pain of their mess that was not tested or working.
