When I reached out to them, letting them know I can give it to the end of the month, they got defensive, stating they do not offer refunds and it could take 3 months for usps to find it again, that they don’t control the post office and nothing is their fault. They have to understand I’m out of money and out of the item and EBay definitely puts this on the seller to fix. Very rude person.
