It was an open box in perfect condition so I went with it. It arrived beautifully packed, bubble wrapped and very quickly in spite of a massive Midwest blizzard that made everything a mess. The microphone was exactly as described I had a question for the seller and Emily responded within a few hours and was incredibly friendly and helpfu. Highly recommend!
