They were extremely generous in allowing me to purchase the product for a lower price and I am eternally grateful. It came in amazing condition just as the images and video showed. Before shipping the plush out, I was sent an image of the product alongside their signature. Shipping took a while, but I understood that the seller was busy, so it wasn't an issue. Thank you so much for helping complete my plush collection of my favorite character!!

The seller reached out to me to let me know about expected wait times for the shipment which was reassuring. Shipment times were normal for a Japan package, and I would buy from this seller again. 10/10.

I had no issues with the seller and they shipped everything in a timely manner. I’m happy with how it arrived and it was as advertised, slightly used with some wear. Only issue was a small holding strap was unfortunately broken but it can easily be fixed. Again, I’m happy with the piece as I’m a fan of the show work it was designed around. I’m glad they were able to keep it in such nice condition.
