The seller indicated on the shipping box that it contained fragile items, so I feel the blame must go to the shipping company, not the seller. I've included a photo of the broken glass (I unwrapped each one before taking the photo).Assorted job lot of kitchen dishes, glasses,coffee mugs some collectible Etc. (Nr. 376088253723)

Shipping costs were nearly $17. He finally offered me a one dollar refund on the condition that I only give positive feedback. It had a black outside what I sent him and he bought was blue outside.
