They then purchased a completely different, less expensive item from an online retailer and had them ship the wrong item to me. Invoice was included that the purchase was made after my payment, and that it was for the wrong item. They allowed me to ship the item back to the us retailer and hopefully I will get a full refund. Beware listings that do not show the actual item.
