The quality of the item received is authentic (OEM) as it was pulled from a previous 4Runner that once used this control. The condition is acceptable, very minor cosmetic damage but what else would you expect from a +20 year part? Overall, it looks great and I believe the cost was reasonable to get the AC control funciotiing again in my car. The seller, super communicative and checks for item compatibility with your vehicle.

I know things happen and they made every effort to remedy the situation, but it was beyond their control. A full refund was given. I would buy again because I know they are honest.
