  All the main headings; description, communication, despatch time and postage and packaging are top notch. It's the addition of a simple envelope stiffener though that makes a huge difference to damage reduction and that's one very important reason why this guy is right at the top of the tree. It was QUICKLY DELIVERED in a strong cardboard backed envelope within another protctive envelope minimalising the chance of any damage.
