Because seller has a lot of negative feedback for not shipping items I had to assume I was receiving same treatment so I ordered another after 5 days of no communication and today I received this part. Otherwise item was shipped with good packing and item was a good value. When people have a toilet out of order they dont want to have a big mystery when the repair part arrives

The stated shipping time was when the seller made the postal pickup request, The time they were shipped was 2 weeks later after they arrived from China by slow boat. I had to contact the seller to get them in the mail. but communications was very slim. I would not buy here if I wanted something in a hurry. For a US seller he waits fore his Chinese shipments before shipping. I have had faster shipping direct from China.
