  AWFUL. They shipped an item ordered 31 days prior to Halloween late and after the advertised shipping time range without any communication. It arrived today, a week after Halloween. They would not let me return it despite it being labeled as fully refundable AND returnable at time of purchase. Now I have to try to go through eBay to get any sort of money back since kids grow like weeds and I doubt they'll fit into this thing next Halloween - a full 359 days from now, the day it finally got here
