They were securely packaged in a box with tissue in the toes and around the shoes and inside a plastic shipping bag. Additionally, before shipping I was notified that the seller noticed a very slight imperfection in the shoe leather and they offered me the chance to cancel the order or receive a discount. I accepted the discount and the shoes are beautiful and even better than I hoped. I definitely got an excellent value!

Box in excellent condition and boots were wrapped beautifully in the paper inside the box. Highly recommend this seller and I will definitely be back to order more items from this seller. My only issue is that the shipping cost was not UPS ground shipping. I had to pay to upgrade but it was ok I got the boots for a great price.
