It's true, he then made an offer lower than the original offer which is allowed. I declined the lower offer and countered with a higher offer, this is allowed. Then after having the feeling that he was playing games I decided to block him as I feel that there will be nothing but problems after I ship the item and I don't need that, this also is allowed. We both played by the rules.
