Seller refunded, then told me I could buy again from relieved item. I offered $5.00 less because of the unreasonably short time he allowed to correct a shipping address that occurred automatically with my payment. It's true, he then made an offer lower than the original offer which is allowed. I declined the lower offer and countered with a higher offer, this is allowed. Then after having the feeling that he was playing games I decided to block him as I feel that there will be nothing but problems after I ship the item and I don't need that, this also is allowed. We both played by the rules.
