Corners of the CDs cases had broken off inside the bag, and had broken through the top of the mailer. This was handed to me in person, not dropped through a letterbox. Had to buy replacement cases for both double albums. As far as the CDs go, fantastic. As clean as can be expected, and play perfectly. musicMagpie are usually great, so this won't stop me buying again.
