I went from playing a standard McDermott que with a med/hard tip so hitting with a softer tip did require getting used to. The English shots seem easier because the tip grabs the ball so well, straight on and stunt shots shots require less effort, and it's just a very comfortable stick.

But I can't say enough about the way they packaged my order, making sure everything was wrapped up so nothing would move or touch during shipping, even to the point of using bubble wrap.
