I like the app experience. I realized these headphones were used, my phone picked up the former owner's name for them. A little isopropyl alcohol and my confidence in them is as if they were new. They look great, they sound great, they were a great value.

During calls my voice sounded garbled or muffelled for people on the other end. I went through all the normal level 1 stuff, resetting them, making sure they were on the latest firmware, swapping them out for a different pair to see if the issue persisted, which it did not, trying them out in a different device, and making sure the mics were free of debris. Soundcore replaced them, we'll see

Should have trusted the number of sales and positive reviews. They responded to my initial complain immediately. A+ service and product.
