They sent me a pair all scratched and dinged up with black marker attempting to cover the damages. The buds are defective, constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. I cannot even update the earbuds because with the constant disconnecting it causes the update to fail and start over. And over. And over. And over..... took almost a month to receive the item. Not worth it.

While I cannot do that, I can say that I’d purchase again from this seller based on the reasonable nature of how the last transaction was handled. The item was at a good price too!
