I always wear an XL to a 2XL even if it is coming from China. According to the actual measurements that they put in under the description it says it should fit up to a 41 inch bust. Mine is about 38 and my other measurements are also under their measurements and it's still really snug. I might be able to make it work because I don't have time to buy another one or to exchange it. But I'm pretty disappointed

I'm using as the base for a child's costume, so I hope it fits. Shipping took a while, but that's to be expected for international shipping
