We DID make an exception and allowed the return of a unit that was well past the warranty. The issue was a dead $2 Cmos battery. We absorbed the return shpg AND the shpg back to them. A 2nd return was requested 2 months AFTER the warranty expired and we STILL offered replacement memory. The fact that they bought 22 units and only had an issue with 2 says something and we DID try to help. This all could have been avoided had they opted for an extended warranty on these older units.

Cools just fine as we. Been running benchmarks and stability tests, and so far has passed all of them. Couldn't have asked for better deal. Fast shipping and well packaged. There was no way the video card would have been damaged in transit. Great detail in shipping care!
