The delivery company it does what it wants as no one was here for a day and the next day after it arrived I had my deliverys send to a locker/shop but Yodel can just take no notice and I can never get them on the phone, I don't do web chat it was raining here for them two days so I had to bin them as they were all wet inside and out (as they had a couple of holes in the packaging I did try washing them but they didn't stop smelling.

They were well packaged and in brand-new condition, and of good quality. I purchased a size up as recommended, and they fit my husband well so I would advise anybody ordering to go up a size for fit.
