I did inspect the PINS before seating a CPU and was able to blow the thermal paste out of the system with compressed air with ease. Overall a decent product and right now no known issues.

I contacted the sell and they communicated with me to try to troubleshoot the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they said to return the item and they would give me a full refund. They payed for the shipping. Although I had an issue, I added this provider to my saved servers list. I'm confident that the issue came about during the shipping. I would definitely recommend this seller!!
