If using in external case, external power adaptor is required. Connected to Beelink Seri5 via external sata adaptor with external power adaptor and spinned to life. Drive will not power up without external power source probably because its designed for servers. Also drive is larger than normal Sata sized drives so will not fit in standard 2.5 external cases.

All three drives were mounted and passed SMART testing, and beyond that are drama free... exactly as storage devices should be. I'd buy from them again and can't complain about winning this auction.

I ordered the 10x 3TB sas drives (which was a great deal already), but I received them in improper packaging. I contacted their customer support, and called directly with Nick and April. They were very helpful and understanding and made sure that this wouldn’t happen again. I received the replacement drives the next day and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ll definently be buying from them again!

I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive. Just a simple type of wrap packaging, which enabled the unit to get bent during shipping. Of course it could just be bent back, but why not use a box. The unit looks almost like new and it was a good value.
