I tried to contact the owner about the situation , but they never responded. I see now that I am not the only one with this problem. This problem is more than a simple cosmetic defect. The helmet is not usable. I am going to have to fight this with my credit card company. Such a pain.

But Iron pony Direct went above and beyond to make it right! I received the wrong item. It has been miss labeled. I contacted them about it and they immediately sent out the correct item. When it arrived the box had damage and a few parts had fallen out. I co tacted them again. And they sent out a compleatly new hardware set. In case I was missing other parts. That I had not noticed.
