Most of the DVD's in the box set were defective - I notified PackagePro and they quickly responded with a willingness to send a new set to me. A++++ overall experience with PackagePro!!!!! I will defiantly buy from them again - wasn't their fault the DVD's were defective :)

The package arrived in the designated window of time and was in satisfactory condition. Just started watching - a few blips in the DVD's on disc 1. I do adore this series though - very funny!

He admitted they sent the wrong set, and promised to send me the correct one asap. He did just that. Three days later, the DVD's were delivered. I had recently got screwed by two other sellers.
