The process to get money back from a non responsive seller is drawn out and takes awhile. But Seattle Appliances basically just ignored every message that I sent to cancel order and ask for a refund. the process took about almost a month. They showed pictures like it was sitting on there show room floor new in box but it never shipped and they never responded. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
