I seem to get 3 years on the heavy duty zippered covers. I think I might be able to get a year on this material if even that. The cover fits perfectly and will do it's job This has no reflection on the seller. This cover would be great for a homeowner that lives in a city and has an overhanging eve or covered deck. The shipping and transaction were superb! The seller is great!
