The product needs to modified if your cart weighs over 100lbs to make your trailer safe to pull on the highway. You need a safety chain attached. The interior resonated bar breaks fast and you’ll need to install a couple more bolts between the connectors and eventually the bolts that is comes with break through from wearing on the tube connector. That means your cart can come off your bike flying into oncoming traffic unless you installed a safety chain
