The Book of Sampford Courtenay chronicles every aspect of parish life from Domesday to the present day, telling the story of the people of the parish, their work, their times of leisure, their adversities and their triumphs. All this, and much more, is detailed in this 160 page book, copiously illustrated throughout with over 250 historic photographs of the places and people who have made up the thriving community of Sampford Courtenay and Honeychurch and its surrounding parish.
