You did order a size 12 1/2 and we did in fact send you a size 12 1/2. These boots, like all footwear manufacturers, have their own fitment and they do tend to be on the large side of the spectrum. My Manual came in a cardboard UPS box and in wrapped inside two envelopes, came with a card from the seller saying to contact them if anything was wrong. Well protected and came in promptly after via UPS. The manual was as described and I was very excited to find it at a great price from a reliable and good seller. Good service and great prices, will be buy from here again, either from their site or Ebay!
