I had purchased the foldable bed rail for my wife’s use because of its clean appearance and simple operating condition. It would have added great value to my wife’s mobility. Unfortunately, my wife passed prior to us receiving the product. Upon notifying them, they reversed the delivery, cancelled the purchase and fully refunded the purchase and shipping prices. They are a responsible, compassionate dealer worthy of your trust and business.

Note this particular bed rail cant be used with an Adjustable bed . It's really great for adults with Dementia or Alzheimer's. Also adults who are Fall risks. If u have a Nanny camera it gives time to catch and help right away .

There was a problem with the connector not fitting, but I removed and used the original car’s connector onto this new fitting…this solved the problem. Over all, very positive experience with this seller! Works to fix any problem! Highly recommend.
