No response from them. After reciving the switch, i checked the serial number and it was japanese. I wish the listing and the seller mentioned that it was a japanese switch instead of an american one. Not buying here again.

I was charged $68 for shipping. I asked the seller about it and the response was that I needed to ask eBay why they charged so much to ship. I wasn't aware that eBay shipped packages for anyone. I entered the size and weight into the UPS shipping calculator and it came up to less than half what was charged, and that's without the eBay discount.
