The phone also arrived very well packaged; in bubble wrap and carefully packed in the box. One thing that did happen was the S-pen won't connect to the phone for air functions, but works for screen writing only. This model phone has a common issue with that so I don't fault the seller for s-pen issues. Overall I would recommend this seller and I had a great experience.
